To assist you in the control of your budget, prices contained herein are scheduled to be firm, however, unavoidable cost increases from the manufacturer or other sources may occur. In these instances, price adjustments may be necessary. If a price or additional fee is to change, we will make every effort to notify you of the change at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to correct typographical and pricing errors without notice.
For those items that require special packaging and handling due to there designation as a Hazmat product a minimum $35 per container (box) will be added in addition to shipping fees.
Your local and California state taxes shall be paid by the buyer unless an exemption certificate is on file with Cyntropic Solutions, Inc. or if sale of product is outside California.
Stock items will ship within 24-72 hours depending on established shipping schedules.
Drop ship items will ship within 7 to 10 working days.

UPS will not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
While we continually strive to control the expense of shipping products in an environment of volatile cost, we reserve the right to adjust freight charges and handling fees accordingly. Delivery is contingent on government regulations, strikes and other circumstances beyond our control.

Call Monitoring and Recording
At Cyntropic Solutions, we are always striving to provide you with a better customer experience. As part of these efforts, your telephone calls with our account managers and customer service representatives may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
Claims for shortage and damage from shipping must be made within 3 days after receipt of shipment. Our liability is limited to replacement of defective parts and does not extend to damages or losses due to use, inability to use, or failure to follow specific instructions in use of any of our products.
If you are not satisfied or your order has been handled incorrectly, we will take corrective measures to ensure your satisfaction. All returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Call our Customer Service Department for an RGA and return instructions. Returns cannot exceed $1500. Exceptions do include any custom printed item and chemicals within 90 days of their expiration date.
A 15% restock charge will apply on any returns over 30 days from purchase date.
Restock fees may not apply for any item returned within 30 days of purchase date or Cyntropic errors and defective goods issues.
Items defective in manufacturing will be replaced without charge. An RGA number is required prior to returning to Cyntropic. Some defective items may be subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty and will not be replaced by Cyntropic.
